• The north side of Miami consists of the Midtown district, which is an area with diverse cultures like West Indians and Hispanics. The Edgewater and Wynwood neighborhoods contain many high-rise uptown residents. Affluent residential areas are located in the northeastern part, the Midtown area, the Design District and the Upper East Side.
