hello! was just browsing for existing centers for dug treatment and rehabilitation. I am from the philippines and our office is currently building a center for drug abuse clients. I just want to know how a center operates – points to be considered, programmes to be available for the clients, etc. I also want to know about other centers that can be visited, should we have funds available for a study tour.
